Illegal content using Cidostore
We do NOT allow content that:

  • Is illegal, promotes illegal activity, or infringes on the legal rights of others.

Intellectual property abuse
We do not allow content that:

  • Infringes copyright. It is our policy to respond to notices of alleged infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). You can file a counter-notification via this form.
  • Sells or promotes the sale of counterfeit products. Counterfeit goods contain a trademark or logo that is identical to or substantially indistinguishable from the trademark of another. We do not allow content that:

  • Helps users to mislead others.

Examples: Creating fake or false documents such as passports, diplomas, or accreditation; sale or distribution of term papers, paper-writing or exam-taking services; information or products for passing drug tests

  • Promotes any form of hacking or cracking and/or provides users with instructions or equipment that tampers with or provides unauthorized access to software, servers, or websites.

Examples: Pages or products that enable illegal access of cell phones and other communications or content delivery systems or devices; products or services that bypass copyright protection, including circumvention of digital rights management technologies; products that illegally descramble cable or satellite signals in order to get free services; pages that assist or enable users to download streaming videos if prohibited by the content provider

Misrepresentative content
We do not allow content that:

  • Misrepresents, misstates, or conceals information about you, your content or the primary purpose of your web destination.
  • Entices users to engage with content under false or unclear pretenses.
  • Engages in "phishing" for users information.
  • Promotes content, products, or services using false, dishonest, or deceptive claims.

Example: "Get Rich Quick" schemes

  • Makes claims that are demonstrably false and could significantly undermine participation or trust in an electoral or democratic process.

Examples: information about public voting procedures, political candidate eligibility based on age or birthplace, election results, or census participation that contradicts official government records

  • Falsely implies having an affiliation with, or endorsement by, another individual, organization, product, or service.

Examples: Impersonating Google products, misusing company logos

  • Deceives users through manipulated media related to politics, social issues, or matters of public concern.

Malicious or unwanted software
We do not allow content that:

  • Contains malicious software or "malware" that may harm or gain unauthorized access to a computer, device, or network.

Examples: Computer viruses, ransomware, worms, trojan horses, rootkits, keyloggers, dialers, spyware, rogue security software, and other malicious programs or apps

Examples: Failure to be transparent about the functionality that the software provides or the full implications of installing the software; failing to include Terms of Service or an End User License Agreement; bundling software or applications without the user's knowledge; making system changes without the user's consent; making it difficult for users to disable or uninstall the software; failing to properly use publicly available Google APIs when interacting with Google services or products

Sexually explicit content
We do not allow content that:

  • Includes graphic sexual text, image, audio, video, or games.

Examples: Sex acts such as genital, anal, and/or oral sex; masturbation; cartoon porn or hentai; graphic nudity

  • Contains non-consensual sexual themes, whether simulated or real.

Examples: Rape, incest, bestiality, necrophilia, snuff, lolita or teen-themed pornography, underage dating

  • May be interpreted as promoting a sexual act in exchange for compensation.

Examples: Prostitution, companionship and escort services, intimate massage, cuddling sites

Mail order brides
We do not allow content that:

  • Facilitates marriage to a foreigner.

Examples: Mail order brides, international marriage brokers, romance tours

Adult themes in family content
We do not allow content that:

  • Is made to appear appropriate for a family audience, but contains adult themes including sex, violence, or other depictions of children or popular childrens characters that are unsuitable for a general audience.

Child sexual abuse material and pedophilia
We do not allow content that:

  • Promotes the sexual exploitation of minors.

Examples: Child sexual abuse imagery or other content that visually depicts, encourages, or promotes sexual attraction by adults toward minors

Cidostore.com absolutely prohibits monetization of content related to child sexual abuse imagery or pedophilia. Not all countries have Free Return service. At present, supported countries include the mainland territories of the United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, Russia, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Brazil and Israel.

• In addition, not all products on cidostore.com include the Free Return service. The seller can choose whether or not to offer this extra service. Sellers that offer the Free Return service will have a label or icon on their product details page confirming this service is available.

Return policy
Return Items You Ordered
You can return many items sold on Cidostore.com when you return an item, you may see different return options depending on the seller, item, or reason for return. 

Before you start returning your item make sure you have a prepared video when opening and operating your package for the 1st time to clarify any damages.

Pack your item securely, inserting any paperwork that was or is included when you requested your return from the seller. If you don't have the original product packaging, use a sturdy box and include padding such as packing bubbles or newspaper. Attach your return label to the package.

Refunds for your items you have brought

Sellers are independent to each of their own refund policies. Using the above instructions will help speed up your case if ever needed. You are entitled to a refund for any of your purchases that have been started within 30 days of your package received by you. 
Refunds are generally handled quickly buy sellers or another option is available to close the matter accordingly.

5, Make sure you have given correct details for where funds should be returned for local and international banking or any other way you and the seller have agreed.

6, Important notice for any disputes Cidostore.com recommends you are dealing all your matters direct within the platform and not using your email or any other forms of technology solutions. (This will not be accepted for helping your case any further and can be the end of your claim if you do not use the correct manner for refunds)
7, If the seller has not replied to you within 5 working days of your dispute (Monday to Friday weekends are not included) Please contact us direct and we shall start the proceedings for the seller to contact you immediately
8, We do not personally refund on any of our sellers behalf, however some cases are excepted if Cidostore.com and seller have agreed to such cases. 

Digital Products

No refund will be offered for digital products except if the product you’ve purchased is:

·       Completely non-functional.

·       And you’ve submitted a support ticket or email but you didn’t get any response in 5 days (business days only).

·       And/or product main description was fully misleading.

– then you do have the option to request a full refund.

We also reserve the right to refuse a refund request in the following situations:

·       You have changed your mind about an item/subscription.

·       You bought an item by mistake and the product(s) was sent/already downloaded by you.

·       The product(s) was bought by your employee or inmate from your PayPal account which he/she had legal access.

·       You refused our support staff to access your server or website to investigate our product you are having issues with.

·       It has expired more than 3 days after purchase and you even didn’t any support ticket with a real issue.

·       We don’t offer any refund for any item that you buy/bought at a discounted price. The items you buy at a special price (e.g. promotions/discounts) will not be eligible for refunds.

·       No refund will be offered for any item (even if it was bought at a regular price) while any discount offer is running on our site. Your refund request will be evaluated after the discount offer/campaign ends.

We offer a full or partial refund within 7 business days starting from the moment when the member makes the payment. In this case, we have the right to ask questions for the refund and also we have the right to NOT offer the refund if we see reasonable.
