Examples: Singling out someone for abuse or harassment,
suggesting a tragic event did not happen or that victims or their families are
actors or complicit in a cover-up of the event
Examples: Content advocating suicide, anorexia, or other
self-harm; promoting or advocating for harmful health or medical claims or
practices; threatening someone with real-life harm or calling for the attack of
another person; promoting, glorifying, or condoning violence against others;
content made by or in support of terrorist groups or transnational drug
trafficking organizations, or content that promotes terrorist acts, including
recruitment, or that celebrates attacks by transnational drug trafficking or
terrorist organizations

Enabling dishonest behavior

Misrepresentative content
We do not allow content that:

or census participation that contradicts official government records
Examples: Impersonating Google products, misusing
company logos
Malicious or unwanted software
We do not allow content that:
Examples: Computer viruses, ransomware, worms, trojan
horses, rootkits, keyloggers, dialers, spyware, rogue security software, and
other malicious programs or apps
Examples: Failure to be transparent about the
functionality that the software provides or the full implications of installing
the software; failing to include Terms of Service or an End User License
Agreement; bundling software or applications without the user's knowledge;
making system changes without the user's consent; making it difficult for users
to disable or uninstall the software; failing to properly use publicly
available Google APIs when interacting with Google services or products
Sexually explicit content
We do not allow content that:
Examples: Sex acts such as genital, anal, and/or oral
sex; masturbation; cartoon porn or hentai; graphic nudity
Examples: Rape, incest, bestiality, necrophilia, snuff,
lolita or teen-themed pornography, underage dating
Examples: Prostitution, companionship and escort
services, intimate massage, cuddling sites
Mail order brides
We do not allow content that:
Examples: Mail order brides, international marriage
brokers, romance tours
Adult themes in family content
We do not allow content that:
Child sexual abuse material and pedophilia

Examples: Child sexual abuse imagery or other content
that visually depicts, encourages, or promotes sexual attraction by adults
toward minors
Cidostore.com absolutely prohibits monetization of content related to child sexual abuse imagery or pedophilia. Google has always been at the forefront in the fight against online child abuse, and an avid supporter of family safety online. Under global federal law, child sexual abuse imagery is defined as visual depictions of minors (i.e., under 18) engaged in a sexual act such as intercourse, oral sex, or masturbation as well as the lascivious depictions of the genitals (covered or uncovered). This definition extends to photographs, videos, cartoons, drawings, paintings, and sculptures. The image can involve a real child; a computer-generated, morphed, composite or otherwise altered image that appears to be a child (think "Photoshop"). This also includes soliciting minors for sexual acts, which is also known as "enticement." Pedophilia is any content or behavior (images, texts, videos, etc.) that depicts, encourages, or promotes sexual attraction by adults toward minors (i.e., under 18).

product/s.
Cidostore does not tolerate abuse towards Merchants when rating and leaving
comments.

All stores which are marked Certified are safe Sellers who have complied with our
regulations and requirements.
The seller must comply with other relevant legal requirements (warranty,
return, etc.) that may be applicable depending on your location as buyer. For
instance, in most EU countries you will generally have a 2-year legal conformity
warranty and a 14-day right to return (please note that in case of return, the
buyer must bear the cost of returning the products to the seller).
Free Return
Sellers that offer 'Free Return' service will have 'Free Return' icon on their
item details page. With 'Free Return' service, you get 15 days (on top of the
on-time delivery date) to decide if you want to keep or return the item for any
reason, as long as they are unused, unwashed and in their original condition –
complete with the original packaging, tags, etc. It's easy and fast:

items locally and easily: 1) Get the return code or label, 2) wait for
door-to-door pickup service or take your package to the designated service
point and, 3) lastly, wait for the local warehouse to confirm receipt of your
returned package.• Remember to select 'Return Goods" while opening the
dispute.
Fast Refund
will be made to you once we confirm receipt of your returned parcel which meets
the conditions for reimbursement. Items will be processed at a local warehouse,
instead of being sent back to the seller’s country of origin (eg China). If the
item is shipped to Cidostore warehouse we will offer refund IF seller was as
fault. (PLEASE NOTE THIS CAN CAUSE OF SELLER ACCOUNT BEING CLOSED)
Service Scope
Not all countries have Free Return service. At present, supported countries
include the mainland territories of the United States, Canada, Australia,
United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, Russia, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, UAE,
Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Brazil and Israel.
• In addition, not all products on cidostore.com include
the Free Return service. The seller can choose whether or not to offer this
extra service. Sellers that offer the Free Return service will have a label or
icon on their product details page confirming this service is available.
Return policy
Return Items You Ordered
You can return many items sold on Cidostore.com when you return an item, you
may see different return options depending on the seller, item, or reason for
return.
Before you start returning your item make sure you have
a prepared video when opening and operating your package for the 1st time to clarify any damages.

2, Prepare your package
for return.
Pack your item securely, inserting any paperwork that was or is included when
you requested your return from the seller. If you don't have the original
product packaging, use a sturdy box and include padding such as packing bubbles
or newspaper. Attach your return label to the package.
Refunds for your items you have brought
Sellers are independent to each of their own refund policies. Using the above
instructions will help speed up your case if ever needed. You are entitled to a
refund for any of your purchases that have been started within 30 days of your
package received by you.
Refunds are generally handled quickly buy sellers or another option is
available to close the matter accordingly.
What to do next?
1, contact your supplier to notify of your issue with the item. (Please
upload the video to the supplier)
2, Ask the best way to resolve the issue. (Do not allow this to go over 30
days before you start proceedings)
3, Prepare and ship the item on sellers request. (Try to keep original
packing)
4, Allow sometime for your package to be returned before making another
complaint for refund (This does not violate your rights of the 30 days
guarantee even if it exceeds the final date)
5, Make sure you have given correct details for where funds should be
returned for local and international banking or any other way you and the
seller have agreed.
6, Important notice for any disputes Cidostore.com recommends you are
dealing all your matters direct within the platform and not using your email or
any other forms of technology solutions. (This will not be accepted for helping
your case any further and can be the end of your claim if you do not use the
correct manner for refunds)
7, If the seller has not replied to you within 5 working days of your
dispute (Monday to Friday weekends are not included) Please contact us direct
and we shall start the proceedings for the seller to contact you immediately
8, We do not personally refund on any of our sellers behalf, however some
cases are excepted if Cidostore.com and seller have agreed to such cases.
Digital Products
No refund will be offered for
digital products except if the product you’ve purchased is:
· Completely
non-functional.
· And
you’ve submitted a support ticket or email but you didn’t get any response in 5
days (business days only).
· And/or
product main description was fully misleading.
– then you do have the option to
request a full refund.
We also reserve the right to refuse
a refund request in the following situations:
· You
have changed your mind about an item/subscription.
· You
bought an item by mistake and the product(s) was sent/already downloaded by
you.
· The
product(s) was bought by your employee or inmate from your PayPal account which
he/she had legal access.
· You
refused our support staff to access your server or website to investigate our
product you are having issues with.
· It
has expired more than 3 days after purchase and you even didn’t any support
ticket with a real issue.
· We
don’t offer any refund for any item that you buy/bought at a discounted price.
The items you buy at a special price (e.g. promotions/discounts) will not be
eligible for refunds.
· No refund will be offered for any item (even if it was bought at a regular price) while any discount offer is running on our site. Your refund request will be evaluated after the discount offer/campaign ends.
We offer a full or partial refund
within 7 business days starting from the moment when the member makes the
payment. In this case, we have the right to ask questions for the refund and
also we have the right to NOT offer the refund if we see reasonable.
Please also note that
· If
you got a refund you cannot use the downloaded premium product/scripts or any
part of the script anymore.
· Refunds can take up to 14 days to reflect in your account.
